Elon Musk’s Reason for Bad Tweets During Musk’s controversial Saturday Night Live appearance, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX admitted to posting strange things online, saying it’s how his brain is hardwired. He opened the show by claiming he was “the first person with Asperger’s to host SNL.” Which appears to be the first time Musk has revealed he has Asperger’s. He went onto say: People with Asperger’s tend to see the world around them slightly differently than the rest of us....

So far, the roiling Bitcoin market has been blissfully free of Elon Musk’s tweets. In the past, his comments have sent the crypto’s value higher or kicked it down the stairs. Musk, who shrewdly turns the media to his advantage and appears to delight in goosing the joke crypto Dogecoin, may have been chastened by Tesla’s balance sheet. It’s unclear exactly what Tesla paid for Bitcoin when it invested $1....

Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal made the announcement about Musk joining its board on Tuesday a day after the news that he had acquired a 9 percent stake in the social media giant went public. With over 73,000,000 shares valued at around $2.89 billion, Musk is now the single largest outside investor in Twitter, even if he does not have a controlling stake. As Newsweek reported on Monday, however, this stake still does not make it likely that Musk will be able to unilaterally make changes to how Twitter operates....

The Tesla CEO and billionaire regularly shares memes on Twitter, the platform with which he’s currently embroiled in a legal case. One of his recent posts started a joke war in the comments section, with dozens of followers continuing the theme. Recently, Musk has referenced his multiple children, promoted cryptocurrency, and challenged Kim Jong Un and Putin to a fight, though he also uses the platform to make business announcements....

On Friday morning, Shaun Runyon and his supervisor got into an argument while at work, which allegedly ended in Runyon punching him and then fleeing the scene, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said during a press conference on Saturday. Runyon was not seen for the rest of the day. Runyon, his coworkers and their families were living in a Davenport, Florida home rented by their employer, J & B Electric Inc....

Hilleman was one of EA’s longest-serving employees, having started with the company in 1983. Over the decades, Hilleman played a role in many of EA’s major releases, but his most well-known contributions are probably with the EA Sports label. Warren has pushed ahead of both Biden and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders in the newest poll released just ahead of Tuesday evening’s CNN/The New York Times 2020 Democratic debate. Warren tops the Democratic candidate field with 28 percent of the vote while Sanders comes in second with 21 percent. Biden, who has maintained his status as Democratic front-runner since entering the race in the spring, has fallen to just 18 percent....

The plan Warren released on Thursday would restrict many of the speculative and harmful practices that Wall Street banks and private equity firms engaged in leading up to the 2008 financial crisis — practices that some banks continued with even after that economic disaster.
