Musk’s most recent compliments to the FromSoftware RPG wouldn’t be the first time he has taken to social media to talk about Elden Ring. A tweet from Musk earlier this month shared the build he has been using for his playthrough of the game, speccing into Dexterity and Intelligence and swapping between a staff, rapier, and claws for his main weapon of choice. While some fans have been critical of Musk’s choice of equipment and particularly his equip load, the business mogul has clearly become infatuated with the game and recently took to Twitter once again to compliment the game.

A tweet from Musk earlier this week refers to Elden Ring as “the most beautiful art I have ever seen” with Musk heavily praising the game as a whole. Much like many of the developer’s previous games, Elden Ring has often been celebrated for the game’s striking visuals with the overall world design being one of the main focal points of many of its biggest supporters. As previously mentioned, Musk has been vocal throughout his playthrough of the game, sharing his character builds multiple times and giving his thoughts on the popular game.
Musk’s commendation of the FromSoftware game comes as just the most recent honors the game has been receiving since even before its launch. Elden Ring captured the title of “Most Anticipated Game” for two years in a row at The Game Awards and has already become a frontrunner for many players’ Game of the Year choice for 2022. A Twitter report from last month also saw the game rank among the top 10 most-tweeted games on the platform throughout the first quarter of 2022.
Aside from his frequent tweets about Elden Ring, Musk has seen himself recently embroiled in a major storyline surrounding the social media website as he made a high-profile attempt earlier this year to buy Twitter. Musk’s offer for over $40 million came shortly after the SpaceX founder purchased a 9% stake in the company and reportedly comes with an initiative to push Twitter as a “platform for free speech.” While Musk’s Twitter acquisition may currently be on hold, his Elden Ring commentary will surely keep both his fans and fans of the game talking.
Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S
